officer career opportunities

If you have at least 90 college credits, 110 GT score or able to get it, and less than 41 years old, then an Officer Career track might be right for you.

First and foremost, an Army Officer is a leader. The officer plans the work of the organization, assigns tasks to subordinates, and sees that the work is accomplished to the highest standard. An Army officer is similar to a manager in a corporation, except Army Officer always lead by example.

MNARNG has a plethora of Officer opportunities from leading a Tank Platoon to creating an Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield briefs and maps for the Commander.

Warrant officer career opportunities

Warrant Officers serve as technical experts and provide critical perspective and leadership in the Minnesota Army National Guard. Warrant Officers are commissioned officers that focus on progressing in their career field, rather than moving to higher levels of command. As a leader, manager, and trainer, you will provide recommendations to commanders, advice to peers, and guidance to subordinates.
