how much can the guard pay?
Each anniversary year of your incentive contract, the Guard pays up to $8,333 toward your qualifying federal loans — principal and accrued interest included. Payments go straight to your financial institution.
The Guard will not reimburse you for payments you've already made. All SLRP payments are made directly to the lender — no exceptions.
